Our take. Enterprise grade colocation but one of a few that have the ability to do complex managed hosting, Cloud and Disaster Recovery as a Service. They allow businesses to outsource their facilities needs as well as other IT services for firms that don't have resources in house to do so. While we don't see in house IT staffs outsourcing everything in one shot, we can see the convenience of adding managed backups or disaster recovery as a service.

While most do "in house" IT shops only want colocation, having the option to have managed backups or monitoring is a definite positive. Their cloud services offer direct connects to AWS and Azure which is an additional added bonus.
