CoreSite builds mission critical facilities which they offer for very competitive rates with good interconnectivity and many certifications. Although they don't offer managed services, having access to thee Open Cloud Exchange will allow firms to connect their colocated infrastructure to cloud providers.
Our take. They excel at colocation and interconnectivity. Even with their robust build costs they don't appear to charge a premium for their space. CoreSite doesn't offer managed services directly.
Equinix - Los Angeles (Multiple)
It's tricky to write specifically about Equinix as they have multiple locations in Los Angeles. Equinix is most known for its amazing carrier connections and peering inside the data center. Our take. You are buying some of the best interconnected and mission critical colocation on the planet. They will certainly not be the cheapest of prices but you will get a solid value. No client, partner or investor can say you took the lesser alternative when it comes to colocation here.

Our take. You get much value for your IT spend with DRT. They offer flexibility in their power density which allows firms to save some money if they don't need high density computing environments. They feature excellent interconnection options and they have extremely robust power, network and support.
Hosting.com offers colocation and managed services for mission critical applications.
Our take. Their managed service offerings contain a complete portfolio of offerings and we've noticed that they host several well known SaaS firms. Their colocation offerings aren't as plentiful (geographically) as others but the facilities are solid and highly redundant and mission critical.
